At Irish Folding House, we embarked on our modular‑home journey back in 2024.
Following more than 18 months of iterative design, manufacturing, on‑site installation and full performance testing, we have successfully developed modular dwellings fully compliant with the latest building regulations and optimised specifically for the Irish market.

Quality Craftsmanship
We are the only imported modular‑home supplier fully compliant with EU standards. All our materials, including plumbing and electrical wiring, doors and windows, meet Irish fire‑safety requirements, while our thermal insulation achieves an exceptionally high rating for modular construction. Please note that standalone buildings under 50 m² are exempt from BER certification.
Sustainable Design
After nearly two years of continuous refinement, we have maximised and optimised the usable internal space for our 32‑45 m² standalone units. We also have extensive experience in bespoke custom development to meet individual requirements, including purpose‑adapted accommodation for people with disabilities and those with special‑needs requirements. Our custom‑build options include training rooms, classrooms, gyms and clean‑room facilities, among others.
